Welcome to BusStopLive, a service provided by ZenosLabs, LLC, located at 4345 US Highway 9 Suite 9 #1051, Freehold NJ 07728 (“ZenosLabs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and ZenosLabs. By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

BusStopLive provides parents, guardians, and authorized users with real-time GPS information about school buses and student transportation.

We may update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept those updates.

The Services are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They are not a guarantee of bus arrival times, routing accuracy, or availability. Actual performance may vary due to location accuracy, technical factors, or school district operations.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

• The Services are intended for use by parents, guardians, and authorized school personnel.
• Children under 13 years old may not create or use accounts directly.
• Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), any data about a child’s location or bus assignment is collected only with consent from the child’s parent, or guardian acting on the parent’s behalf.
• Parents and guardians can review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us at support@busstoplive.com.

If you are a California resident, you have additional privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to exercise them.

3. Permitted Use and User Responsibilities

Users agree to use BusStopLive only for its intended purpose—namely, to access real-time school bus tracking information as an authorized participant in a bus route, such as a student rider, their parent or guardian, or an assigned driver.

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Keep login credentials secure and not share your account with unauthorized persons.

You agree that you will not:

• Misrepresent your identity, role, or relationship to a student, driver, or route;
• Access or attempt to access tracking information for bus routes or individuals with whom you have no legitimate connection;
• Use the application in any manner that could compromise the safety, privacy, or experience of other users.
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or any related software.

BusStopLive reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the application for users who violate these requirements or who use the service in a manner inconsistent with its intended design.

You are responsible for any use of the Services under your account, whether or not you authorized that use.

4. Proprietary Rights

All content, technology, software, logos, trademarks (including “BusStopLive”), and related materials are owned by ZenosLabs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use them only as part of the Services, and only as permitted by these Terms. You may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or display them for any other purpose without our written consent.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Data collected through the Services (including location, device, and usage information) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with COPPA, CCPA, and other applicable U.S. privacy laws.

We limit personal data collection to what is necessary to provide the Services and work with schools or parents to ensure proper consent and control over children’s data.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We strive for accuracy and reliability, but we do not guarantee:

• That bus locations, arrival times, or routes will always be accurate or available;
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• That any defects will be corrected immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenosLabs and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenosLabs, LLC, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Errors or delays in GPS or data transmission;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

If liability cannot be fully disclaimed, ZenosLabs’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZenosLabs, LLC and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement of another’s rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the Services or sent via notice to registered users. The updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you agree to the revised Terms.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
